  If I could give this negative starts I would! How unprofessional of you to not call your appointments for the day to let them know you will not be opening. Yes it snowed a little BUT my appointment was for 1.30 pm and the roads are completely fine! If you felt taking the day, whatever your business your choice. However it is your responsibility as a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER to CALL YOUR APPOINTMENTS and let them know you will be CLOSED! It is not our job to drive by your establishment thinking everything is good to go and see a dark store front. If my mail can get here ON TIME in less then ideal weather then why wouldn't I expect a dog groomer to not be open? It's ok though, I would like to thank you for showing your true self and how irresponsible you are. Thank you for letting me know before I dropped my dog off to be trusted by someone like you. Clearly professionalism, trustworthiness and plain respect for people willing to patron your business is not what you stand by. I would not come here to trust this women to take care of my dog! Stay away!

  Collette is great! My dog loves her. I had to go out of town, and Collette kept my fur baby for 2 days. I came back to a happy dog who didn't want to leave the shop! It felt good to not worry about my dog--knowing that she was with Collette and safe.
