  I am so grateful for Health In Hands Montclair. This is my second time receiving a massage at this location, both times from Pamela, and I have honestly found the experience to be medicinal.
  
  As a freelance writer, I work mainly on my laptop and, over the years, have developed "computer shoulder", a stiff neck, muscle tension and trigger points throughout my back & body. After years without a professional massage, I finally decided to make my self-care a priority and I could not be happier that I did.
  
  Pamela has been excellent, patiently listening to my list of ailments and addressing each of my pain points with attention and precision as she combined Trigger Point Therapy with Deep Tissue and other massage methods. The atmosphere was also calming with soft music and free aromatherapy.
  
  While these massages have been intense, with a couple days of minor soreness afterwards, I have left each massage feeling better immediately after, AND, once the soreness subsides, FEEL A HEALING IN MY BODY that is years overdue! I will definitely continue getting massages with Health In Hands and I recommend their spa services to you too :)
