    I m certainly not going back. These guys have a lot of talent and BAD attitude. My experience is that they do ok cuts, but they really treat you poorly. I was their client for a past year. I experience it all- from not being greeted, being totally ignored to being charged wrongly. My last appointment, I was 10 min late , and i called them in advance to let them now. As a result I had to wait longer. I got my cut, payed for it and left a generously tip. But that was not the end. I also received a notification that i was charged 25$ for not showing up to my appointment. I thought this must be a mistake i was just there, so called them. Instead of apologizing, or accommodating me in any way, they were rude and they started arguing with me. They told me that they did me a favor for even cutting my hair that day. I m not sure if we can call this a favor- to pay for the service + tip and to be charged for not showing up. As a client, i expect both - to be well serviced and to be treated right. It is shame that this is not a case!
