  Exactly how you need a mechanic to be; professional and courteous.
  I took my MB GL450 in for a basic service and an estimate on a shock absorber.
  Ken managed to fit me in very quickly and turned the car around within a day.
  Great example of under promising and over delivering.
  A reasonable price and good work done.
  
  UPDATE: three years later, Ken, Frankie and the team have proven to be all you'd hope for in a mechanic. They'd get six stars if possible. My original review was in 2013. Today is December 2016. Consistent services and pricing for three years now.
