  Bar Method Montclair is so great— I just started doing bar a month ago and I am addicted! The instructors are always super nice and helpful during the class. I’ve been trying to go at least three times a week and it’s been the perfect kickstart I need to get back into shape. I feel stronger with every class and it keeps me coming back for more :)
