  I didn't quite experience any rude comments the way everyone says here; however you definitely get a vibe of arrogance, or at least a kind of judgemental air sizing up whether you've come in to buy their 'exquisite' (read: over the top) junk or whether you're just another lower class scum dirtying their carpet. It's pretty disgusting that anyone would browse a place like this when there are homeless people right out the door that you ignore.

  My friend and I walked in and out of this place. I was helping him look for furniture for his home office and we were greeted immediately with an incredibly arrogant attitude by the woman at the front desk. As soon as my friend had stated what he was looking for, she replied saying to have a look around and to let her know if we needed help with pricing. As soon as we turned the corner into another part of the store, we heard her say out loud to one of her coworkers, “do you wanna go follow them?” I turned around after hearing her and sure enough, we were being followed by one of the other workers. As soon as my friend looked at her, she quickly fixed her attention to a chandelier hanging above her head and began fiddling with it. My friend turned to me, stated that we should go, and so we made our way to the door. As soon as we expressed our thanks and said goodbye, the woman at the front desk was glaring at us exactly how she did upon our entry. We’ve never experienced such unpleasant customer service before, if you can even call it customer service at all. Maybe if her nose wasn’t so far up into the air she’d receive the proper blood circulation to her brain that would enable her to have some sort of decency for potentially valuable customers. This sort of behavior is unacceptable, especially for a woman who was at least thirty years our senior. Not only are we never coming back, but we will always let people know of how unpleasant our experience was here.
