  Got a gel manicure + pedicure yesterday at 2 pm. Chipped within the same day. Called to get it fixed. They would only offer to fix it if I came in at 6 pm the same day. Unfortunately, I cannot leave early for a chipped nail. They told me if I didn't come in same day, they wouldn't fix it.
  
  Terrinle service, came to $62 for a 1/2 day manicure, tipped $18 as well.
  No apology, no attempt to remedy and literally radio silence when I asked for an evening appointment or weekend (does no one work???)
