  My parents and I have been coming to this restaurant for quite a few years now. The food is usually very good. However, there have been numerous occasions where the customer service has been an extreme let down.
  My parents made a reservation and then when they got there, the employee made my parents feel dumb by stating that they didn’t have a booked reservation. My parents felt humiliated and showed the employee the call they made. Although they have known my parents for years, they made no accommodations after them being the ones who made the mistake. They told my parents they could wait for 2 hours for an available table, despite having a few tables open.
  This is a horrible way to treat customers that continue to come back. It shows you that they don’t truly value you as a customer.
  Additionally, when they are very busy they halfass the food. I once ordered pad Thai with chicken & told them I have a severe shrimp allergy and they have made my pad Thai in a pan that had shrimp residue, needless to say I had a reaction. Furthermore, there have been times where I order something and they bring a plate with a different meal.
