  I stumbled upon stem lending after I was burnt myself in the process of getting mortgage for my home. In the pre-approval phase itself my already precarious credit scores took a nose dive of more than 30 points because mortgage agents ran individual credit checks on me. This in turn was being exploited by the lenders as they now knew that my scores are lower than the one they had obtained and therefore, I will get worse rate from other agents.
  I asked them why do they have to run credit scores individually. I am so happy to see that Stem Lending solves precisely this problem and helps individuals like me with a precarious credit score.
  
  On top of this very fundamental value addition, enabling all lenders to work with a single application, comparing the lenders and providing expert services were also extremely useful.
  
  Stem Lending indeed enables a modern/millennial mortgage experience. Highly recommended.
