  My Uncle Julius Solano was able to walk into this facility June 16, 2017. However, employees of Van Dyk did not give him adequate care or proper oxygen. On June 21st, 2017 he was forced to go back to Mountainside Hospital in Montclair on a stretcher. The ambulance employees had verbal combat with Van Dyk employees because oxygen was not given to my uncle. Julius Solano has not been able to walk since leaving Van Dyk. Avoid this place like the plague.
